If you’re hoping to have your pick of a wide selection of never-been-lived-in apartments, an under-construction rental community with a 2021 occupancy date is the way to go. There are a number of new projects in Los Angeles that are pre-leasing or accepting registrations, allowing future tenants to reserve a coveted corner unit or choose their preferred color scheme. Here, we’ve rounded up four new apartment buildings that will be move-in ready by next year.
