Perch Condos is a new residence coming soon to the Highland Creek area in east Toronto. Kitchens impress with custom cabinetry, integrated under-cabinet lighting, and straight-edge composite stone countertops paired with ceramic tile backsplashes. A full appliance package with a slide-in range, hood fan, integrated dishwasher, integrated refrigerator, and stainless steel microwave in lower cabinetry is also standard.


Residents will have access to an impressive array of onsite amenities starting with a welcoming lobby lounge, complete with 24-hour concierge service and a parcel room. Other amenities include a fully-equipped fitness centre with a yoga studio, WiFi lounge, karaoke room, pet spa and a wine tasting room.
