Following a competitive summer, the Greater Toronto Area’s new construction condo market continued to perform well in the early fall.

In October, the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) reported solid new condo sales figures for September, with transactions up 15 percent year-over-year to 2,603 units sold.

If you prefer to buy new and are also looking to spend in the lower price range, there’s plenty of choice when it comes to pre-construction condos these days.

Here’s a compilation of five Toronto condos that currently offer the cheapest floorplans on the market right now according to BuzzBuzzHome. This list includes all of the plans that are currently publicly available for sale.
