The Orange County city of Fullerton was recently named among Realtor.com’s top suburbs that offer the most affordable space. This centrally-located community of approximately 140,000 residents is celebrated for its universities, thriving music scene, downtown bars and restaurants, and 26-acre botanical garden.

According to Realtor.com’s ranking system, Fullerton has a median home price of $1,155,000, providing a 27 percent savings per square foot when compared to nearby Los Angeles.
