Located steps from Islington Avenue and Dundas Street West, Westerly is a two-tower community coming soon to Etobicoke’s new downtown centre. The development consists of a 20-storey condominium by Tridel and Hollyburn and a 27-storey, purpose-built rental building by Hollyburn, built by Tridel. Both offer a wide array of private amenities and promise a vibrant lifestyle within a neighbourhood in transformation. To learn more about the community and to attend the upcoming webinar, prospective homebuyers can register online at tridel.com/westerly.

The Westerly marks Tridel’s latest project in Etobicoke, after launching successful developments like Islington Terrace, West Village and The Essex over the last two decades. The 257-suite condominium is situated in the heart of Etobicoke’s new downtown core, taking shape along a 2.8-kilometre stretch of Bloor and Dundas streets. The vision is part of the City of Toronto’s Etobicoke Centre Secondary Plan, which includes the introduction of vibrant mixed-use communities with tree-lined and bike-friendly boulevards, new parks, amenities and street art.

Envisioned by Kirkor Architect + Planners, Westerly Condominiums boasts modern design characterized by a light exterior colour palette, large windows and corner balconies. However, the tower’s most distinctive feature is the series of vertical fins and sharp edges that give it a unique, undulating facade.

The massing of the condominium is broken down into three stacked sections that are separated by a series of terraces. The 5th floor rooftop terrace situated on top of the podium features an outdoor amenity space with barbecue and dining areas, fireplace lounge and a children’s play area. Other amenities include an off-leash dog run, party room and fitness centre.

Residents will also have convenient access to the many neighbourhood amenities and attractions just minutes from their doors. These include the Islington Community Centre, Islington Junior Middle School, and a variety of shops and restaurants along Dundas Street West. Plus, Islington subway station is less than 10 minutes away on foot, making it ideal for commuters.

Available suites offer a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with open-concept living spaces and plenty of natural light. Suite sizes range from 502 to 1,120 square feet.

For more information, register online for the upcoming webinar launch on October 24th, 2020.
