A boutique-style, luxury rental residence is wrapping up construction near the corner of Willoughby Avenue and Kings Road in West Hollywood.
Astéras Kings is a collection of 25 bespoke apartments showcasing a warm, yet minimalist aesthetic. Prices range from $6,750 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit to $17,000 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit.

Leasing is currently underway with occupancy expected to begin later this fall. The building’s floor-to-ceiling windows, including curved corner panes, have all been installed, along with the frameless glass balcony balustrades.
Crews are now busy completing the interior work, which will be characterized by natural materials, glass sliding pocket doors, receding door cabinets and linear gas fireplaces (as per plan).

Each apartment boasts a private balcony or terrace that serves as an extension of the indoor living space. All two-bedroom units feature indoor-outdoor aperitivo bars with bi-folding windows that stack open for seamless serving. Residence PH5 also enjoys a central outdoor courtyard that floods the entry foyer with natural light.
The chef-caliber kitchens are outfitted with sliced dark-oak cabinets that can reveal or conceal the contents, floating stainless-steel wall shelves, floor-to-ceiling sliced dark-oak wall panels, and Boschetto Nero marble countertops.
Double-receding door cabinets ensure that Miele appliances can be completely tucked away and select floorplans come with an 11-foot kitchen island that’s perfect for meal preparation or entertaining.
The master bathrooms of the two-bedroom apartments tout fumed-glass encased showers, freestanding soaker tubs by Bain Ultra, in-floor lighting, private water closets, and floating vanities topped with leather-finished marble. Meanwhile, the master bedrooms of these high-end units are appointed with well-organized dressing rooms, oak hardwood flooring and partition walls.
Astéras Kings bears an extensive list of amenities and services, starting with the 24-hour attended concierge lobby. There’s also a private screening room, heated spa pool with a sundeck lounge, rooftop terrace café and bar, fitness studio, pet wash station and onsite car detailing.
The full-time concierge will answer to residents’ every beck and call, arranging services such as valet parking, housekeeping, dry cleaning, travel arrangements, personalized shopping, art advisory, private jet charters and much more.
