After closing for several months to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the sales centre at 900 St. Clair West Condos has once again opened its doors. The development by Canderel is one of the first in Ontario to reopen since lockdown restrictions were eased, and is a significant step forward on the path back to normalcy within the new construction real estate market.

“We are so proud of what we’ve accomplished with 900 St.Clair West and are delighted to share it with everyone at our sales centre,” said Joshua Berger, Director of Investments, Residential Group at Canderel. “But given the continuing concerns about COVID-19, we wanted to assure our visitors that we are taking all necessary steps to protect their health and well-being, which is why we updated our operating procedures to adhere to recommended social distancing and hygiene guidelines.”

To celebrate the occasion, the development will be offering special suite incentives, so be sure to contact hello@stclairvillage.com or call 416 932 8686 to learn more and book an in-person or virtual appointment.

In order to ensure the safety of employees and customers visiting the sales centre, Canderel has implemented a series of procedures and protocols to enhance cleanliness and maintain physical distancing. These include keeping at least two arm’s lengths (two metres/six feet) away from others, refraining from touching surfaces, handwashing and using alcohol-based sanitizers. Traffic flow maps/guides have also been installed and visitors will be required to submit a Visitors Declaration form before entering.

Located on St. Clair Avenue West, east of Oakwood Avenue, 900 St. Clair West Condos is in an area in the midst of urban renewal. The project is already under construction and when complete, will be steps away from some of Toronto’s top restaurants, bakeries, bistros, markets, boutiques, galleries and parks. Local favourites include Krave Coffee, seafood market De La Mer, and Artscape Wychwood Barns — a community cultural hub and heritage structure.

Situated directly on the St. Clair streetcar line, 900 St. Clair West Condos also features convenient access to transit. In addition to the streetcar route, residents will be minutes away from the St. Clair West subway station, where they can take a 20-minute ride to downtown Toronto or head north towards Vaughan.

Designed by award-winning architectural firm Quadrangle, the building’s exterior pays homage to the neighbourhood’s roots through the use of cordovan bronze, maroon brick and dark bronze window mullions. The intersection of old and new continues indoors, where interior spaces are characterized by sleek lines and refined textures envisioned by interior designer Kathy Chow. The lobby, for example, boasts a monochromatic geometric screen, cove lighting and stone accents to create a warm entrance, while a stone-surround fireplace provides a designer focal point.

Within the building, residents will have access to a wide array of amenities designed for health, rest and entertaining. Wine collectors can host tastings in the temperature-controlled wine storage lounge or bring the party outdoors on the 2,526-square-foot rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the CN Tower and downtown core. Other amenities include the Club 900 social lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness centre equipped with TRX props and cardio equipment with built-in tablets for live-streaming classes.

900 St. Clair West Condos will house a total of 122 suites with a range of layouts designed for all homebuyers. The collection includes family-friendly three-bedroom units and luxurious penthouses.

Prices start at $819,000 for two bedrooms and $1.1 million for three bedrooms. To learn more about the current limited-time incentives, prospective homebuyers are encouraged to schedule a visit to the sales centre at stclairvillage7060.setmore.com/bookappointment. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 6pm and weekends from 12pm to 5pm.
