Kira is a Ciccozzi Architecture-designed, mid-rise condominium coming soon to Coquitlam in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. The development by Woodbridge Homes features a variety of suites ranging in size from 620 to 1,032 square feet. Like many new condominiums on the market today, Kira also boasts a collection of larger, family-friendly units with up to three bedrooms.

Whether you’re a young couple upgrading to a bigger home to prepare for the future or an empty-nester downsizing from a single-detached home, the three-bedroom suites at Kira offer the functionality and flexibility many families are looking for. However, while spare rooms are useful and convenient to have, they can often become an unused area or an unsightly dumping ground where clutter can quickly accumulate.

So what exactly can you do with that third bedroom, den or spare room? With a little bit of planning, clever design and vision, you can make the most of your spare room and create a usable space that works for the entire family.

To assist homebuyers with that vision, Woodbridge Homes has partnered with real estate sales and marketing firm MLA Canada and visual content studio Norm Li to produce a fun, creative and lifelike series of animations. The series of animated sequences depicts a bedroom scene that transforms into different uses, from a serene nursery to a sleek home office and a colorful playroom.
