O – Condominiums is a new mid-rise residence now selling in the sought-after Zibi master-planned community by Dream and Theia Partners. Located at the provincial border of Quebec and Ontario, the development is a unique, 34-acre master plan that will transform the former industrial lands along the Gatineau riverfront and Ottawa’s Chaudière and Albert Islands.

Construction on the community is well underway, and when completed, will bring 5,000 residents, over 6,000 jobs, eight acres of riverfront parks and plazas, and more than 1 million square feet of commercial, retail and cultural space to the area.

Zibi – O was the first residence to be completed and is currently offering a selection of move-in ready suites. Prospective homebuyers can get a closer look at the suites by viewing 3D virtual tours of all available homes. The limited inventory is priced from $349,900 to $834,900 and includes units with one to three bedrooms. All suites boast spacious, open-concept layouts that maximize space and functionality. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light, while gourmet kitchens offer generous storage and space to entertain. They’re also well-appointed with the latest in features and finishes such as modern cabinetry, granite or marble countertops, sleek subway tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. Most suites feature an island for improved functionality and extra storage and prep space.

Designed by Figurr Architects Collective, Zibi’s  O Condominiums is a modern, six-storey building characterized by clean, contemporary lines, oversized balconies and terraces, and large ground floor commercial spaces. The project is topped off with a shared rooftop terrace, providing the perfect spot to take in the views of Parliament Hill, the Ottawa skyline and the Chaudière Falls.

Residents of Zibi will have access to a wealth of local amenities within the neighbourhood, including a future waterfront plaza equipped with outdoor furniture and public art. This includes the recently designed Pangishimo Park, situated on the western shoreline of Chaudière Island. Named for the Algonquin word that means “sunset,” the 0.75-acre greenspace will be ideal for evening strolls and feature a collection of art installations designed in collaboration with Algonquin Anishinaabe partners. The park is scheduled to open in the spring of 2021 and will include an accessible path connecting the shore of the Ottawa River behind the Canadian War Museum to the nearby Chaudière Falls Park.
