After years of anticipation, Oakville’s most exclusive luxury condominium residences have opened their doors.

Award-winning developer Rosehaven Homes hosted the official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for their newly-built four-storey condo project, The Randall Residences. Rosehaven officials, the Guglietti family, and newly minted Randall residents kicked off the celebrations in southeast Oakville with a musical performance by the Oakville Symphony Orchestra and guided tour of the building’s recently finished common spaces.

Inspired by classic Beaux Arts architecture, The Randall Residences embodies elegance and opulence. Master architect Richard Wengle drew upon the romance of Paris’ Belle Époque to create this timeless 36-unit building with its use of classical symmetry and fine materials. To complement the time-honoured architectural design, the French parterre-inspired landscaping showcases planters teeming with yew and boxwood for year-round greenery.

Step inside and be welcomed by a magnificent lobby, imagined by the acclaimed designer Ferris Rafauli, whose creative mastery shines in the Randall’s suite layouts and interiors. Let the towering ceilings and use of marble and granite guide you through to the Randall Residences’ many state-of-the-art amenities. On the top level, residents can enjoy the picturesque south views of Lake Ontario from the 2,600-square-foot common rooftop terrace. Complete with a pavilion-shaded communal table, barbecue area with stone countertops, two sinks and two refrigerators, plus a striking water feature, the terrace is the perfect place to relax and dine with family and friends.

Randall residents won’t have to travel far to access premium dining and fitness services. The Randall Residences is now the site of Yorkville’s second Ristorante Sotto Sotto location and the exceptional fitness centre, Nova Health Club. During the grand opening tour, attendees were able to sample Sotto Sotto’s hors d’oeuvres and explore the new Nova workout facilities.

“We’re thrilled to have delivered Oakville’s most prestigious address and to celebrate such a momentous day with our exclusive homeowners,” said Marco Guglietti, president of Rosehaven Homes, at the grand ceremonial opening. “We were very selective when choosing our retail partners and were able to secure the best-in-class businesses like Sotto Sotto and Nova Health Club, who will not only benefit our residents, downtown Oakville, but also help make The Randall a true landmark destination in Oakville.”
