Flato Developments will unveil its latest master-planned community this weekend at the grand opening of Beeton Village in Simcoe County. Prospective homebuyers are invited to attend the event, which starts at 11am on Saturday, November 23rd, at 41 Main Street West in Beeton. Those in attendance will be among the first to see the dynamic collection of heritage-style single detached homes and freehold townhomes.

Priced from the mid-$500,000s for townhomes and the high-$600,000s for singles, the homes at Beeton Village feature elegant architectural design characterized by soaring rooflines, large windows and welcoming entryways. Exterior details like gabled roofs, finials, decorative shingles and columns (as per plan), add charm and ensure a cohesive streetscape.

When completed in fall 2022, the community will consist of 68 townhomes and 66 detached homes within two phases. Homebuyers can choose from a variety of thoughtfully-designed three- and four-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 1,620 to 3,187 square feet. Each open-concept floorplan is bright and spacious with large living rooms, gourmet kitchens and generously-sized bedrooms. Standard finishes include nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, hardwood floors in main living areas, and granite countertops in the kitchen.

Located at 6491 8th Line, Beeton Village offers a quiet, country lifestyle close to major highways, yet far away from the congestion of the big city. From schools, libraries and restaurants to parks, golf courses and nature trails, there’s a world of family-friendly activities at your doorstep. Residents will also be walking distance to the many shops, services and amenities at the Jackson Place Plaza — located directly across the street. The community mall houses a Shoppers Drug Mart, Beer Store, One Love One Heart Yoga, and local favourite Bibby’s Corner restaurant.
