Tridel has unveiled the presentation centre for Tridel at The Well, the residential condominium component of the master-planned community coming soon to Front Street West and Spadina Avenue.

The development team behind The Well includes RioCan Real Estate Investment, Allied Properties REIT, Woodbourne Capital Management and Tridel. When completed, the ambitious mixed-use development will reinvigorate the former Globe & Mail site with over three million square feet and 7.8 acres of office space, retail, residential rentals, and condominiums.
