Toronto’s Graywood Developments has announced the launch of 250 Lawrence, a boutique, mid-rise residence coming soon to Lawrence Avenue West, east of Avenue Road. Inside, common areas and residential suites have been designed by renowned interior design firm The Patton Design Studio. The contemporary lines of the exterior architecture are echoed in the stunning interior spaces and highlighted by the use of high-end materials such as stone, polished and matte porcelain, glazed ceramics, and wood. These sophisticated finishes combine with warm, inviting colour palettes and calming neutrals for a timeless and elegant aesthetic.

“There is a certain ‘tradition and grace’ to Bedford Park, yet also it’s a friendly, modern neighbourhood,” says Bryon Patton, Principal and Interior Designer at The Patton Design Studio. “The overall look of 250 Lawrence is clean with a reference to the past, which is great for the more mature purchaser and while still maintaining a minimalist, in-trend appeal for a younger market.”
