Wondering where you should have brunch this Saturday? Join 719 Larkin for a special pop-up event on August 3rd from 11am to 2pm. Neighborhood retailers Fleet Wood and Tilted Brim will be onsite selling locally-made clothing, accessories, home goods, art prints and more. Sample drool-worthy brunch dishes from Jane on Larkin and sip mimosas while you shop and socialize.

The first 10 guests to arrive will receive a free pass (valued at $20) to a Phoenix Hotel ‘Rising Yoga’ event, which is taking place the same day from noon to 1pm. Take a guided tour of the styled model homes at 719 Larkin and snap a few photos on the scenic roof deck. Don’t forget to RSVP to the event here.

719 Larkin is scheduled to begin occupancy later this summer, but a select number of one-bedroom condos are still available for purchase. San Francisco-based architect Alan Tse designed the modern and minimalist interiors, which are characterized by refined lines, detailed finishes and natural elements.

European-inspired kitchens feature high-end appliances, integrated features and custom cabinetry. White oak hardwood flooring runs throughout the living and dining spaces, while six-foot windows allow for ample natural light.

Bedrooms feature plush wool carpeting for underfoot comfort, as well as walk through closets outfitted with built-in storage solutions. The bathrooms combine classic white subway tile surrounds with warm, wood-look wide plank tile flooring. Porcelain bathtubs accented with chrome Grohe® fixtures complete the serene space.

Developed by JS Sullivan, 719 Larkin is now selling in the heart of Little Saigon. Residences are approachably priced from the $700,000s. Saturday’s pop-up event will be held at 719 Larkin Street from 11am to 2pm. Those who are unable to attend are encouraged to schedule a tour of the building.
