Construction is ramping up at the site of West141, a boutique condominium residence in Annapolis’ dynamic Arts District. More than 35 percent of the homes have already been accounted for, but there’s still a wide variety of floor plans to choose from.

On Sunday, July 28th, homebuilder Bozzuto Homes will host an Open House Summer Soiree from 1pm to 4pm. The event will be held at the Sales Studio, located at 151 West Street. Attendees are invited to tour the building with Bozzuto’s new sales agent, Scott Sealy. He’ll be able to answer questions and discuss floor plans, pricing, finishes and more.

With drywall now complete, West141 is scheduled to begin occupancy this fall. A number of thoughtfully designed homes are available, starting from $449,900. These include one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom condos, as well as penthouse suites with up to three bedrooms. Sophistication comes standard at West141, and finishes and features have been hand-selected by an expert designer — think Kohler fixtures, Cambria quartz countertops and wide plank flooring throughout.

Kitchens come complete with shaker cabinets, durable quartz countertops and stainless KitchenAid appliances. Certain residences create contrast with color on the island and perimeter cabinets, while others keep it classic in all-white. Most residences at West141 feature private, covered balconies where residents can sip a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine come evening.

For those looking to customize their homes even further, select homes feature designer-inspired upgrade palettes that include color cabinetry, patterned ceramic backsplashes, your choice of Kohler fittings and more.

There are a total of five penthouses, which include two- and three-bedroom configurations. These well-appointed homes include expansive outdoor terraces, some overlooking bustling West Street and others with serene nature views. They also boast luxury kitchen packages featuring wall ovens, wine storage, open shelving and chimney hoods.

West141 offers residents plenty of onsite parking. All two- and three-bedroom homes come with a dedicated parking spot, with additional spaces available for purchase. The Arts District neighborhood, and West Street in particular, is lined with art galleries, performance venues, charming boutiques and tasty, locally-owned restaurants. The nearby Annapolis waterfront is not only great for a scenic stroll, but plays host to events like The Annual Regatta, Water Sports Festival, plus boat shows and races.
