Make yourself house proud. That’s the mission for our new newsletter offering — Ladies on the Ladder — launching Wednesday, July 10th.

Livabl is embracing the long-form newsletter style and using it to tell compelling stories about women’s journeys in homeownership and the real estate industry. In the past year, Livabl has doubled down on its email offerings and has amassed nearly 40,000 subscribers to its email newsletters and alerts.

Our home and lifestyle design writer Jenny Morris will be penning the newsletter. She heads up our Buyers Guides section and is constantly on the lookout for unique stories of women who have stepped on the property ladder — on their own terms.

With Ladies on the Ladder, Livabl is inviting more women to sit at the table, contribute to the conversation, and join a community of women making moves within real estate — from entrepreneurs, industry professionals, thought-leaders, bloggers, personal finance planners and of course, homeowners.

The first issue will land in subscribers’ inboxes on Wednesday, July 10th, featuring a conversation with Louise Bardswich. She’s one of the Golden Girls of Port Perry — four women aged 65-71 who moved in together for their golden years and fought against legislation that made it difficult for non-family members to co-live across Ontario.

Join us. Ladies on the Ladder goes out twice a month, on Wednesday mornings.
