Consisting of a broadly-based group of companies operating in Vancouver, Toronto and China, global developer Kingdom Developments has officially entered the Toronto real estate market with the launch of KSquare Condos. To mark the occasion, the developer held an official launch ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel last week, where the project team laid out the details of the upcoming community.

Located at Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue East, the two-tower development will play a pivotal role in the area’s transformation, along with the extensive redevelopment plans for Agincourt Mall. Plus, future transportation plans including Smart Track service along the GO line, a new LRT/subway extension of the Sheppard line, and the new Scarborough Subway are poised to make the area a major transportation hub. Drivers will also appreciate the easy connections to points all across the GTA via Highway 401, which is directly adjacent to the site of KSquare Condos.

Designed by IBI Group, KSquare Condos consists of two towers rising 31- and 34- storeys above a six-storey podium. The podium is shared between the two towers and will house the development’s above ground parking lot and 411 square metres of retail space. At the heart of the community, there will be a landscaped central square that serves as a focal point and gathering space for residents. KSquare Condos will also feature a linear park offering additional green space to the 37 acres of public parks and urban trails that already surround the neighbourhood.

The development will house a total of 644 residential units and luxurious onsite amenities designed by the renowned Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc. The 34-storey east tower is slated to launch this spring, offering a mix of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts appointed with modern features and finishes.

Residents will have access to a wealth of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, music rehearsal space, a state-of-the-art gym, pet grooming space, kids room and the largest private library and study area in a Toronto condominium. Additional shared facilities include an expansive party room, two dining areas and a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and great views of the neighbourhood.
