The building is located at 16450 Redmond Way, a triangular lot where Redmond meets 166th Avenue NE and NE 79th Street. Far from from typical, the three-sided parcel of land provided challenges. But it also offered potential for the distinct, iconic mixed-use concept that is now becoming a reality.
