Blue Zees Real Estate LLC kicked off sales with the release of a fresh batch of renderings of its latest project, 147 Hope Street in Williamsburg. The images give us our first look inside the open-plan residences and at some the development’s outdoor spaces as well.

147 Hope Street was designed by Alexander Compagno Architecture + Design and houses a total of 38 units in three styles — normal, penthouse and townhouse. A dozen units hit the market today, including three penthouse units and one triplex townhouse residence that boasts an 807-square-foot garden.

Normal units range in size from 696 square feet to over 1,270 square feet in one- to two-bedroom floorplans. Most units have large private balconies with glass railings. Kitchens are fully equipped with a suite of Thermador kitchen appliances, including a professional five-burner gas range and a Bosch dishwasher. Each unit has in-unit washer and dryer hookups and fresh air exhaust system.

Penthouse units are available in spacious three- to four-bedroom floorplans and have multiple private terraces, balconies and roof decks — perfect for entertaining or a planting a private garden. Residences boast 11-foot ceiling heights.

The sprawling triplex townhouse-style units range from 2,043 square feet to 2,478 square feet, with private street entrances, large outdoor spaces and multiple living areas. Units feature multiple exposures, soaring windows, balconies with glass railings, as well as open stairwells.

Amenities at 147 Hope Street include a fitness room, package center, available on-site parking (for a fee), bicycle storage and a children’s playroom. There’s also a dog-washing station and a high-tech virtual doorman.

The Williamsburg area offers multiple transportation options, including access to multiple subway lines and express bus service to Manhattan, as well as other Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods.

Cyclists will revel in Williamsburg’s bike culture, which is an underlining design theme at 147 Hope Williamsburg. Residents can cruise the many different bike paths to Williamsburg Bridge or to other attractions and destinations around the neighborhood and other boroughs within minutes right from the front door.

Pricing for available units starts at $699,000 and goes up to $2.7 million.
