Local developer Nexst Properties has just released the final three-bedroom homes for sale at Woodstock at Oakridge, a collection of 15 luxury townhouses on West 41st Avenue in Vancouver.

The Woodstock at Oakridge townhomes have been designed with the end-user in mind, and the kitchens are a great example of this approach.

The kitchens are seamless, sophisticated and functional. The orientation of the kitchen has been re-designed, allowing it to function more like a single-family home.

The improved layout opens up the kitchen to the dining and living areas, rather than a typical condo-style kitchen in which the main counter is inbetween your kitchen and dining area, making the space feel small and inefficient.

It also creates a flow from where you prep and eat to where you relax and entertain. An integrated dining table will save you the trouble of shopping for a table that may or may not fit.

Then there are the washrooms, which all feature fully tiled walls, floating vanities, wall-hung toilets, and curbless showers with large rain-heads. The master ensuites even have heated floors.

With clear glass, wood grain accents, and minimalist finishing, these airy, family-friendly townhomes have been designed to maximize natural daylight, and also offer an uncommon amount of private outdoor space. The four Woodstock at Oakridge units all come with a master ensuite deck, and rooftop or at-grade patio.

Each home has already been set up for gas, plumbing, and power connections, so they’re ready for your barbecue, hot tub, and sound system needs.

Every home comes with at least one parking stall and residents can also park their bicycles in a shared storage room. But for day-to-day errands, residents may leave their car keys behind as the community is highly walkable.

Only three blocks from Oakridge Centre, Woodstock at Oakridge is located in an area that is poised for major transformation in the coming years. In fact, the Oakridge Centre redevelopment is set to be Vancouver’s biggest redevelopment project yet.

It will also be the core of a new regionally-designated municipal town centre. The existing 28-acre Oakridge Centre will add 2,548 new residential units, or 2.7 million square feet of residential space.

Joining the Oakridge neighbourhood will be over 800,000 square feet of new retail space, 287,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of amenity space — including a new Civic Centre with library, communication centre, and childcare facility — and nine acres of parkland.

Pricing for the four remaining three-bedroom residences ranges from $1,649,900 to $1,974,900, averaging $1,200 per square feet.
