The site of the former New York Stock Exchange HQ, 20 Broad Street, is getting a huge face-lift. The building is being converted to house over 500 new luxury rentals, according to an update on the official site of Bold New York — the development’s exclusive sales and marketing agent.

Developed by MetroLoft and designed by CetraRuddy, the modern silhouette of 20 Broad Street blends seamlessly with its historic surroundings. Broad Street was home to the city’s first firehouse, and the revolutionary meeting place, Fraunces Tavern.

The generously sized residences range from studios to three bedrooms and feature luxury finishes, high ceilings and grand picture windows.

The building’s amenities include a sky lounge, rooftop terrace, games room, library and children’s playroom.

FiDi is known for its rich history, cobblestone streets, a wealth shopping opportunities and fine dining. Convenient access to mass transit makes getting around the city effortless.

The area has seen a boom in new construction over the last several years and consistent heavy demand has helped to keep prices on the rise in FiDi.

20 Broad Street’s official teaser site is now live and registration is open.

Leasing kicked off today, with units starting at $2,455.
