Adam America Real Estate Development and Naveh Shuster Group released a batch of fresh renderings of their latest Williamsburg project, 308 N7, and kicked off sales. The development will bring 45 luxurious new units to the hip Brooklyn neighborhood.

The modern building was designed by Issac & Stern Architects, with interiors by Paris Forino Design. Residences range in size from 666 square feet to 1,529 square feet in one- to three-bedroom floorplans, with four penthouse and three garden level units.

Residences boast a suite of high-end Bosch appliances, Kohler faucets and Waterworks plumbing fixtures.

The newly released renderings offer a first look at the building’s oversized windows, spacious open floorplans and private outdoor spaces — not to mention the sweeping view of the WIlliamsburg and Manhattan skylines.

Amenities include bike storage, rooftop terraces, private cabanas and a fitness center.

Williamsburg has been a hot market since the area was rezoned by the city in 2005. Rezoning spurred massive growth in the neighborhood and Williamsburg’s gentrification has made it one of the most popular neighborhoods in New York City, with soaring home prices to match the demand.

Construction on 308 North 7th Street is expected to wrap early next year.

Douglas Elliman is the exclusive sales and marketing agent.

Pricing for available units ranges from $842,000 to $2.3 million.
