Prolific Brooklyn homebuilder Rybak has revealed new details on several of its upcoming developments. The developer is branching out into the Manhattan and Queens markets for the first time, according to an update on rybakdev.com.

While permits have not been officially filed for 333 East 82nd Street, Rybak showcased some of the eight-story building’s proposed features, including penthouse and duplex units with 18-foot ceiling heights and outdoor kitchens.

Designed by Zproekt, 101 East 2nd Street will replace legendary Lucky Cheng’s — a popular drag show venue — in the East Village. The building will house a total of 22 units. From the new renderings, the development’s facade looks quite modern with a mix of dark-colored brick and oversized cube-shaped windows.

QNS44 will bring 48 units to the booming Long Island City neighborhood in Queens. Also designed by Zproekt, the development boasts indoor parking, a pet spa, an outdoor pool and rooftop terrace. Select residences include private outdoor space.

Rybak released fresh renderings of QNS44’s three-bedroom duplex collection, which includes four units in total. These residences feature private terraces with gorgeous cityscape views, as well as oversized windows for maximizing natural light.

Sales are slated to launch October 1, with pricing starting at $659,000. Douglas Elliman is the exclusive sales agent.
