The first event, entitled “Cooking for the Gram,” took place on July 25th and featured foodie blogger couple Chef Sous Chef who showed a full crowd of participants how to cook and style for photos, while also sharing some real-world culinary tips and advice on grocery shopping and meal planning.
The second event is scheduled for Sunday, August 26th and features a pop-up Wellness Market with dozens of local vendors featuring products and activities designed to nurture your mind, body and soul. Visitors to the Empire Phoenix presentation centre can explore all things health and wellness, including natural products, free onsite yoga classes and nutritious snacks from local vendors like Saponetti Inc., Crown Flora, Barista Brian and Alive Yoga & Fitness.
Whether you want to learn a new yoga pose or shop the latest wellness products at your leisure, you’re invited to drop by between 11 am and 2 pm at 2183 Lake Shore Boulevard West, via Marine Parade Drive, south of the Parklawn Road and Lake Shore Boulevard West intersection.
