Corte, Long Island City’s newest development, released six of its residences as developers officially launched the project’s website. Located at 21-30 44th Drive, the newly released units are available in studio and one- to two-bedroom floorplans.
Developed by CB Developers, SK Development and Ironstate Development, Corte has a total of 85 units, ranging in size from 404 square feet to 1,215 square feet. The eight-story building features a shimmering all-glass exterior and was designed by Dieguez Fridman and Beyer Blinder Belle.
Fresh renderings on the official site detail the residences’ floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious open plans. The kitchen’s sleek, modern marble design is offset by warm wooden finishes. Select suites feature private terraces.
We also get a peek at Corte’s rooftop deck and its stunning cityscape view, as well as two other notable amenities — the fitness center and children’s playroom.
There’s no shortage of high-end amenities at Corte, including a pet washing room, private on-site parking and a common rooftop deck with cabanas.
Once a primarily industrial area, Long Island City has blossomed in recent years into a hotspot for residential housing on prime waterfront property with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. Home prices in the neighborhood tend to be higher than those found elsewhere in the borough, but for now are still far more competitive than similarly priced homes in either prime Manhattan or Brooklyn markets.
Modern Spaces is the exclusive sales agent for Corte.
Sales for available units starts at $560,000.
