The first of two full-floor penthouses at 277 Fifth, the tallest residential building on the famed avenue, has hit the market in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The 4,520 square foot four-bedroom unit comes with an asking price of $24 million for its impressive unobstructed views.

The building is being developed by Victor Group and Lendlease, with design by Rafael Viñoly Architects. Jeffrey Beers served as the 277 Fifth’s interior designer.

The penthouse boasts 360-degree views of the Hudson River and the iconic Empire State Building throughout the unit. The spacious Great Room opens onto a 75-foot long private loggia, offering even more up-close-and-personal views of the surrounding cityscape.

The master bedroom suite opens onto a private portion of the loggia with an outdoor spa, and also provides an oversized dressing room, walk-in closet and windowed master bath.

The building’s amenities include an entertainment suite that has a bar and private dining room with a catering pantry, a fitness club that opens right onto the furnished Fifth Avenue terrace, a games lounge and a kids’ club.

277 Fifth also has a vehicle concierge and a pet priority program.

The building is still under construction and is scheduled for completion in 2019.

Corcoran Sunshine is the exclusive sales agent for 277 Fifth.
