Leasing officially began today for 181 Front, a luxury rental building coming to Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood later this year. The building is on the site of a former Jehovah’s Witness warehouse and offers amazing views overlooking Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan.
181 Front was developed by Urban Realty Partners and Megalith — the same team responsible for 200 Water, which is next door. Designed by Aufgang Architects, 181 Front houses 105 apartments, with leases starting at $3,415 per month.
The building’s glass and brick facade harkens back to DUMBO’s industrial past. Residences include warm antique oak flooring throughout, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and private terraces (select floorplans).
181 Front offers an array of amenities, including on-site parking, bicycle storage and a rooftop terrace.
DUMBO is a hotbed of new construction and remains one of the priciest and most popular areas of New York City.
Construction is expected to wrap later this year.
