The official website for 245 East 78th Street has launched, revealing nearly a dozen new images of the posh new Upper East Side rental development. Leasing began last week and move-ins are expected later this summer.

Developed by Copperwood NYC with interiors by Hohm Collective, 245 East 78th Street blends the elegance of Uptown and the charm of Downtown. It houses a total of 22 two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two penthouses and two garden duplexes.

Prices range from $6,150 for a two-bedroom to $17,750 for the four-bedroom penthouse.

The newly released images give an up-close look inside the development, revealing its sleek and modern open design. The bathroom features a glass-enclosed free-standing shower with deluxe rainfall shower head and a dual-sink vanity. Units have ample natural light thanks to a generous number of oversized casement windows.

The development has a landscaped common rooftop terrace with seating areas and city views.

Chief among the development’s amenities are a fully attended lobby, private storage and outdoor space.

Construction is expected to wrap sometime later this year.
