Sales have officially launched at 40 East End Avenue, with a new website giving us an in-depth look inside Lightstone’s latest new development in the Yorkville area of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Five residences hit the market last week, and floorplans include a two-bedroom, three-bath unit along with four separate three-bedroom, four-bath units. 40 East End Avenue houses a total of 29 units, ranging in size from 1,472 square feet to 2,234 square feet. Select units include a terrace.

The nearly two dozen newly released renderings reveal one of 40 East End Avenue’s fully landscaped outdoor terraces with seating, a fountain and grilling station. We’re also afforded a look at the view from the building’s rooftop lounge. The area includes dining areas and casual seating.

The units themselves appear to be sleek and modern with plenty of bright open space. Bathrooms feature free-standing showers and soaking tubs, while kitchens open to dining and living space.

Amenities at 40 East End Avenue include private covered drop-off, a residents’ lounge, concierge service and a catering kitchen.

40 East End Avenue was designed by Gerner Kronick + Valcercel Architects with interiors by Deborah Berke Partners.

Pricing for available units starts at $3 million.
