“This is our first year entering the Ovation Awards, and we are thrilled to be honoured,” says Yosh Kasahara, Director of Sales and Marketing for Alabaster Homes.

“Osler Residences is the first of several townhome projects that we are building on the Westside of Vancouver, and we wanted to create a display home that exemplifies the design standards of Alabaster Homes,” he adds.

Alabaster Homes is a locally-owned real estate development company that specializes in premium townhome and apartment communities in Metro Vancouver. Built with close attention to detail, Alabaster’s Osler Residences boast unique finishes and features, grabbing the attention of the GVHBA. The three- and four-bedroom townhome community is located in Vancouver’s vibrant Marpole neighbourhood. Situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, the functional and spacious townhomes are convenient and offer many of the benefits of single-family home living.

To create the thoughtfully-designed interiors, Alabaster collaborated with interior designer Gaile Guevara Studio. The interiors are inspired by the local BC landscape and feature the work of local artists, artisanal trades, creators and retailers. The stunning artwork was sourced from some of the world’s best design centres to enhance the homes, and are ideal pieces for the sophisticated world traveler who has an appreciation for uplifting objects.

“When given the opportunity to style an interior, it’s important for us to create a home that has a connection to its community,” says Gaile Guevara.

“We transformed Osler Residences into a home perfect for the modern family that loves to entertain a large group in an open plan, while allowing for the opportunity to host an intimate dinner for loved ones or guests,” she adds.
