Tridel is going Live on Facebook from the groundbreaking ceremony of Aquabella on Tuesday, May 15th at 10:40am sharp. Along with master development partner Hines, Tridel will provide a first look at the fourth and final phase of their master-planned Bayside Toronto community. To tune into the event, make sure you are following Tridel on Facebook.

While many of the details are still under wraps, we do know that the condominium was designed by renowned Danish architecture firm 3XN. Executives from Hines and Tridel will share the stage with 3XN on Tuesday to present brand new renderings and the design plan. A representative from Waterfront Toronto will also speak about the overarching vision for the Bayside development site, which spans 13-acres along Queens Quay between Sherbourne Common and the Parliament Slip.

The ceremonial first shovel of dirt will kick off construction at Aquabella, the third phase of Bayside. The 12-storey luxury condominium will feature a stepped, L-shape design and generous garden terraces. A limited selection of condominium and penthouse suites are still available, priced from $2.25 million. The open and airy interiors span 1,616 square feet to 4,061 square feet and are distinguished by contemporary, full height flat panel kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, premium engineered plank laminate flooring and smooth ceilings.

Resort-inspired amenities abound at the waterfront residence, including a seventh floor rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, stylish cabanas, and an impressive party room with a dining room, wet bar and lounge seating. The fitness centre is outfitted with cardio machines, weight training equipment, dedicated spinning and yoga studios, and a rejuvenating sauna. Across from the gym is a private theatre room with a crystal-clear big screen and high-end sound system. Aquabella also features not one, but two distinctive lobbies with modern furnishings and art installations.

Don’t forget to join Tridel on Facebook Live Tuesday morning for the big announcement. Stay tuned to BuzzBuzzNews for the latest updates on Phase Four of Hines and Tridel’s master-planned, LEED-certified Bayside community.
