The official website for 350 West 71st Street launched yesterday, giving us our first look inside DNA Development’s latest project. The developer revealed a slew of new renderings as well as floorplans and pricing information.

Located in the Lincoln Square section of Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood, the development is situated on a landmarked block. It will house a total of 38 units when complete, ranging in size from 1,012 square feet to 2,438 square feet in one- to four-bedroom spacious floorplans.

The classic brick and stone facade has been meticulously preserved while DXA Studio brought a bevy of modern finishes to the interiors.

The dozen or so new renderings reveal the open living area of the 1,800-square-foot three-bedroom penthouse unit and a fully landscaped rooftop lounge. We’re also given a peek into the building’s sleek master bath suite with its glass doored standing shower and deluxe rainfall-style shower head.

The building includes many high-end amenities including a library, gym, and private garden.

“350 West 71stStreet is the complete package: a historic building with brand new interiors and amenities that speak to the lifestyle of today’s discerning buyer, all offered at a compelling price point,” says Jeffrey Stockwell, sales director with Stribling Marketing Associates.

Pricing starts at $1.7 million.

350 West 71st Street is expected to be completed in 2019.
