The grand opening of Upper Montrose is set for Saturday, May 5th in Abbotsford, BC. Offering a tranquil setting and nearby access to growing amenities, the Redekop Group of Companies and FIG Inc. development will feature a total of 108 one- to three-bedroom residences. Interested buyers are welcome to attend the grand opening, which will be held at the presentation centre at 2485 Montrose Avenue in Abbotsford.

With the ongoing rejuvenation of downtown Abby, Upper Montrose will play a significant role in the historic area’s renewal. Known as the most walkable area in the Fraser Valley, downtown Abby boasts ample shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes. As the neighbourhood transforms, more local businesses are moving in, making it one of Abbotsford’s most sought-after destinations.

Upper Montrose boasts five storeys with well-appointed condos on the top four floors and live/work units and retail spaces on the ground level. Designed with functionality and style in mind, Upper Montrose boasts a broad mix of layouts, including legal lock-off units — an ideal space for homeowners who require separate living quarters for an in-law or adult child. All condos will feature classic loft-inspired interiors that are available in two colour schemes. Homes will also feature beautiful bay windows that draw in ample natural light and luxurious French doors in most living rooms. In addition, Upper Montrose will be the first development in BC to provide Parcel Pending service for residents.

Upper Montrose is currently offering previews by appointment only, and will open to the public on Saturday, May 5th. The presentation centre includes a full two-bedroom display home in a Red Brick colour scheme, and a vignette of the B plan in a Grey Brick colour scheme.
