A slew of newly released images give us our first look inside Hudson’s The Clark, coming to Brooklyn’s Prospect Lefferts Gardens (PLG) neighborhood later this year. New development in PLG is still something of a rarity, and as a result, the area remains one of the borough’s more affordable, undiscovered neighborhoods.
Designed by Jonathan Kirschenfeld Architects, The Clark will house 170 new rentals at 310 Clarkson Avenue. It features a recessed window wall at the corner of Nostrand and Clarkson Avenues, and glass storefronts on the ground level.
The market-rate units are modern and spacious, ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms with hardwood floors, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
Some of The Clark’s notable amenities include a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining areas, private green spaces, indoor and outdoor resident lounges, yoga room and fitness center, as well as on-site parking. The development also has its own private dog run.
Focusing on sustainability, The Clark is anticipated to meet all Energy Star, NYSERDA and LEED Silver certifications.
The Clark offers convenient access to mass transit trains and buses, and is located just four blocks away from all the amenities of Prospect Park.
Pricing is expected to start at $1,708 and go up to $2,100.
The Clark is expected to launch leasing later this spring.
