Brooklyn Point, home of the highest infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere, officially launched sales today. In celebration, Extell released a wealth of new renderings on the development’s official site.

Developed by Extell Development Company, Brooklyn Point is located at 138 Willoughby Street in the Downtown Brooklyn (DoBro) neighborhood. It stands 68 stories and houses a total of 468 residences, and has over 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities — including the famous infinity pool.

Residences range from studio to three-bedroom floorplans, meticulously designed to maximize space and functionality. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for warm natural light to fill each home, while providing stunning views of the surrounding DoBro neighborhood. Each home features a bevy of refined finishing touches by Katherine Newman Design, including imported stone and custom millwork.

Kitchens are open-plan and spill seamlessly into the living room. Purchasers can choose from “light” or “dark” color palettes, and kitchens are stocked with Miele appliances, including a speed oven and dishwasher. Select residences feature a built-in whole-bean coffee system and integrated Sub-Zero wine refrigerator.

Master bedrooms double as tranquil retreats with impressive walls of glass, cinematic views and luxuriously detailed en suite master bathrooms. Spacious walk-in closets offer ample storage.

Brooklyn Point’s most notable amenities include a screening and performance room, dry cleaning valet, outdoor movie screen, rooftop saltwater pool, stargazing observatory and a rock climbing wall.

Over the last several years, residential development in DoBro has revved up, making it one of the most popular Brooklyn neighborhoods for new condo buyers.

DoBro is also home to a bustling retail scene, including discount shopping on famed Fulton Street, as well as a myriad of local eateries and bars. The neighborhood is also home to Junior’s, which has been serving up slices of its renowned cheesecake since 1950.

Brooklyn Point is slated to be the first for-sale residential property at City Point, the largest food, shopping, and entertainment destination in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Point is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in 2021.

Pricing for available units starts at $837,000 and goes up to $3.5 million.
