After a false-start early in 2016, sales officially launched on March 19th at Tribeca’s newest boutique condo building, 30 Warren.

Located in Manhattan’s trendy Tribeca neighborhood, 30 Warren is being developed by Cape Advisors. The building houses a total of 23 residences, ranging in size from 1,015 square feet to 2,652 square feet.

True boutique-style condo living, 30 Warren has three or fewer residences per floor.

30 Warren’s residences feature distinctly modern layouts that thoroughly reflect the aesthetic of Tribeca’s warehouse and industrial past. Units boast ceiling heights of 10 feet and sound-proof oversized windows.

Residences have custom hand-finished cabinetry, state-of-the-art light fixtures, white oak flooring and hand-polished brass door hardware.

Kitchens include fully integrated Miele appliances, as well as polished white glass backsplashes and marble slab countertops. Marble slab walls, marble wall tile cladding, and coordinating marble floors give bathrooms a contemporary, sleek and elegant look.

The spacious three-bedroom penthouse at 30 Warren features two rooftop terraces with panoramic views of Manhattan.

Some of 30 Warren’s amenities include a fitness center, a children’s playroom, and bike storage.

Ease of access to mass transit, vibrant nightlife and relative peace and quiet help make Tribeca a very desirable place to live. Tribeca residents have convenient access to a wealth of mass transit options, close proximity to the Financial District, and high-end shopping at the Oculus, the new Westfield World Trade Center mall.

Tribeca was named New York City’s most expensive neighborhood in 2017 by the listing site PropertyShark, marking the second consecutive year that the chic lower Manhattan neighborhood topped the list.

Pricing for available units starts at $1.9 million.

30 Warren is still under construction and expected to be completed later this year.
