1. The Coronado
The Coronado plan starts at 2,235 square feet with three-bedrooms and three-full baths standard. Homeowners can add up to two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom, with even more customizable options available. The spacious master bedroom suite leads to a full bath and large walk-in closets.

2. The Artesia

The kitchen features a breakfast area and butler’s pantry. The owner’s suite includes two large walk-in closets for added clothing storage. In addition to a sizeable living room, a separate den offers even more opportunities to unwind at home.

The Artesia plan is available at the Enclave at Katy in Katy, NorthGrove in Magnolia and Rosehill Reserve in Tomball. Prices begin at $360,490 at Enclave at Katy, $343,490 at Rosehill Reserve and $311,990 at NorthGrove.
3. The Carlsbad
There’s no shortage of options with the Carlsbad plan. It includes four-bedrooms and three full baths standard, and 3,105 square feet of living space. The master bedroom suite boasts a tray ceiling, dual walk-in closets, and a covered patio. Kitchens and breakfast areas offer cathedral ceilings, while the family room has volume ceilings.
The study can be converted to a fifth bedroom for larger families, and media room options and a fourth bath are also available.
4. The Clearwater
Finally, the Clearwater plan includes four bedrooms and three baths standard. An open kitchen with breakfast area adjoins the family room and dining room.
