Landmark Devco is preparing to launch Wenderly Park Towns, a contemporary collection of luxury townhomes in North York. Located at 111 Wenderly Drive, off of Lawrence Avenue West and Allen Road, the upcoming infill project will add a touch of modern flair to the established community.
While details are still emerging, initial renderings reveal a modern stacked townhome design by Toronto-based ICON Architects Inc. The exteriors are characterized by a grey brick facade, glass balconies and solid wood entryway doors. Atop each unit is a large rooftop terrace, providing the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining.
The quiet family-friendly neighbourhood is lined with mature trees, well-kept older homes and is close to a variety of amenities. Rapid transit routes, popular shopping districts, schools, parks and greenspaces are all nearby. Plus, with convenient access to Allen Road, Highway 401 and Lawrence Avenue West, residents can commute to downtown Toronto and other parts of the GTA with ease. If you prefer using public transit, Wenderly Park Towns is walking distance to both the Eglinton West bus route and the Lawrence West subway station.
Lawrence Square Shopping Centre is also a five minute walk away and features a Marshalls, Fortinos and a Service Canada Centre. However, if you’re looking for an even greater shopping experience, the expansive Yorkdale Shopping Centre is only 2.2 kilometres away — that’s a five minute drive or 15 minute subway ride. The 1.7-million-square-foot shopping centre boasts over 250 stores, restaurants and services from Hudson’s Bay and Nordstrom to Crate&Barrel and The Cheesecake Factory (opening November 21st).
