Offering stunning views of the ocean in spacious condo suites, The Douglas, Phase 2 of the Pacific Landing multi-use resort village, is set to break ground next month in Victoria. Developed by the family-run Pacific Landing Limited Partnership, the waterfront condos are already 55 per cent sold and only nine units remain on the market.
After Pacific Landing’s successful construction of Phase 1 suites, The Douglas is an addition to the village community featuring 20 condos. Phase 2 has two-bedroom and two-bathroom units ranging in size from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet. Floorplans A, D and the Penthouse also include a den. The suites boast a mix of traditional and West Coast architecture, along with expansive balconies and wraparound ground floor terraces.

Pacific Landing Limited Partnership involves generations of families working together to instill family culture within the village. Not only does Pacific Landing own and manage everything on site, they support local suppliers, vendors and organizations to truly be a part of the community.
The vision for Pacific Landing was inspired by founder Randy Royer’s past project, The Grand Okanagan Resort (now The Delta Grand Okanagan) in Kelowna. Established in 2003, Grand Okanagan was designed to be an outdoor playground for adults, combining space for recreational activities along with private waterfront residences. Known for its innovative approach, the award-winning resort was ahead of the curve, introducing green technologies and eco-friendly initiatives. Pacific Landing uses a similar foundation to Grand Okanagan, where it provides a community environment for older adults to be active and engaged.

Complete with various amenities, residents of Phase 2 can enjoy activities from the comfort of their homes. In the Village, there’s a yoga studio equipped with exercise equipment and a connected outdoor space, where residents can socialize and relax. There’s also a community kitchen where homeowners can host their own dinner parties or even participate in a cooking class. Outside, residents can stroll along the bubbling Bee Creek or plant vegetables at the community garden. Beyond the community, residents can easily access urban conveniences within a five-minute drive to Colwood or Langford and downtown Victoria is a 20-minute drive away.
Focusing on service and quality, Pacific Landing offers a peaceful haven for residents to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Phase 2 suites start at $599,900 and are expected to be move-in ready by fall 2018. To learn more about the groundbreaking event in October, click here to register.
