This Saturday, August 12th, prospective buyers have a chance to snatch one of these modern condos at a VIP sales launch, happening from noon to 3pm at MKT Fresh Food and Beer Market at 8101 Gateway BLVD in Edmonton.

The eco-friendly condos by Niche Development Corp. and Fleming Development feature a total of 71 units, ranging in size from 540 to 1,105 square feet. Offering one-, one- plus flex, two- and three-bedroom units, Belgravia Square homes are flexible and functional.
