Golden State Warriors’ star player Steph Curry may have another reason to chew nervously on his mouth guard. He’s decided to re-list his Walnut Creek mansion, which was originally put on the market for $3.7 million in November, at $3.195 million. Not only is this $400,000 less than what he first listed it for, but it’s also $5,000 less than what he paid for the estate in 2015.

The mansion is a massive Mediterranean beauty that sprawls across a hillside. The five bedroom, four bath and two half bath is a staggering 7,520 square feet. Located at 620 Sugarloaf Court in Walnut Creek, a prosperous suburb of the Bay Area, the property is lined with cypress and olive trees to reflect the home’s architectural style.

Curry, who has been argued by critics to be the best shooter in NBA history (go Dubs!), has a home befitting East Bay royalty. In 2015, he dumped about $400,000 into renovations, including a Carrara marble-topped island with two Sub-Zero refrigerators, two Miele dishwashers, a Miele coffee system and microwave, plus a Wolf warming drawer. In case you were wondering, a warming drawer is exactly what you think it is — it keeps dinner warm without using the oven.

Other fancy amenities include hand-scraped hardwood floors, access to the exterior terrace and patio from nearly every room, soaring 20 foot ceilings, a BainUltra therapeutic tub and steam shower, three zones for forced hot air and air conditioning, as well as a guesthouse and double deep three-car garage.

Check out more photos of the Curry mansion before it’s snapped up (according to the listing, the home has a pending offer).
