Sierra Building Group has started the sales phase at its Woodbridge Park, a collection of contemporary townhomes on the border of Vaughan off Steeles Avenue West.

Sierra is bringing a total of 249 residences to the area, with conventional, back-to-back and garden towns that range in size from 1,202 square feet up to 2,513 square feet.

Each has its own benefits. For instance, the conventional towns feature third-floor balconies and walk out basements, the convenient back-to-back towns offer no frills living and the park towns will face a brand new municipal park.

There are also several parks within walking distance from the Woodbridge Park community, including North Humber, Kay, and Plowshare Park.

Award-winning architecture firm Kirkor Architect + Planners have designed the Woodbridge Park townhome collection. The residences feature modern, angular elevations with large windows to maximize the flow of light.

The bright interiors feature quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and stacked washer and dryers.

Homes start from the high $500,000s and parking is included in the purchase price.

Woodbridge Park has easy access to Highways 7, 27, 407 and 427, as well as the new Pioneer Village subway station, part of the TTC’s Line 1 extension and expected to open next year.

With Woodbridge Park, Sierra is drawing on more than 25 years of homebuilding experience.
