Dynamic New York-based builder M Development understands that, for most New Yorkers, a home is more than just a place to lay your head at night, but an oasis from busy city life. With that in mind, the builder carefully crafts unique living spaces with its future residents.

With keen attention to detail, M Development uses its strong vision for innovative design to acquire and develop one-of-a-kind properties. From meticulously chosen fixtures and design touches to luxurious amenities, every home they build is as unique as its owner.

Here’s a look at some highlights of M Development’s newest projects in Brooklyn.

1. 792 Classon Avenue

In Prospect Heights, construction on 792 Classon Avenue, a new eight-unit condo building, is currently underway. Designed by Anthony Cucich Architect and Dario Architecture Design, it will stand six stories once complete. Prospect Heights has seen a boom in construction over the last decade and is home to the Barclay’s Center and The Brooklyn Museum.

2. 135 Bayard Street

Greenpoint’s change has often been compared to that of Williamsburg’s for obvious reasons. A decade-long construction boom has raised the neighborhood’s profile as a destination for dining, music and an overall quieter vibe than Williamsburg. Located at 135 Bayard Street, this new five-unit luxury condo development is now in the pre-construction phase.

3. 238 Richardson Street

M Development will also bring seven new luxury units to 238 Richardson Street in the ultra-hot Williamsburg neighborhood. Currently under construction, this new condo development is conveniently located a few steps from the L train.

4. 404 Grand Street
