There’s certainly no denying that real estate developer, former reality TV star and current President of the United States Donald Trump inspires passionate reactions in people. And soon, haters and fans alike will be able live like a Trump for around $4,000 a month, according to a recent article by Mansion Global.

Trump’s childhood home in Jamaica Estates, Queens was bought at an auction in January by a mystery buyer for $2.14 million as an investment property. It has languished since, becoming an eyesore of overgrown greenery drawing complaints from neighbors.

However, the five-bedroom property is being made available for rent, going for between $3,500 and $4,000 a month, according to the Friedman Team of Coldwell Banker, which is handling the deal.

And, we think you should rent it. Here are our five reasons why, one reason for each of the home’s bedrooms:

1. Value

Mansion Global points out that, according to Zillow listings, the going rental rate for five-bedroom homes in the area is between $3,700 and $4,600. From a price standpoint alone, the property is a bargain of sorts, in that renters won’t being paying a premium price to live in a (former) Trump property.

2. Family-friendly

Jamaica Estates is a great neighborhood for families. The upper-middle class neighborhood has a good safety rating from the listing site Trulia, with a low violent crime rate. There are also several schools in the area. A plethora of local eateries and chain restaurants can also be found along Hillside Avenue, the neighborhood’s main street.

3. Accessible

Commuters should also consider Jamaica Estates. The suburban haven may feel miles from the big city, but in reality it’s only about a 30 minute trip via the E or F train lines. Several local bus lines are easily accessible as well. The neighborhood is also near the Grand Central, Northern State and Jackie Robinson Parkways.

4. Activism

Love his policies or hate them, what better home base to make your voice heard than one of President Trump’s former residences? Take to Twitter while sitting on the President’s former porch, or sitting in front of his former fireplace? The possibilities are literally endless.

Bragging rights alone make renting this property a no-brainer. Seriously, for market value, you can truthfully brag to anyone who will listen that you live in a former Trump residence. And when you factor in the rental price and neighborhood amenities, that might just be an added free perk.
