This dark-walled dining room is full of organic textures

As our homes get smaller, the concept of a formal dining room is quickly becoming a thing of the past. If you’re lucky enough to have such a space, you know how challenging it can be to create a look that’s classic, yet contemporary.

In part two of our latest Oakville, Ontario home tour, designer Karin Bennett and her Lead Stylist Jaclyn Colville explain how they transformed a tricky-to-decorate dining room with two entry points into a texture-rich space with continuous flow.
