Digreen Homes’ highly anticipated Stowmarket Springs community opened to the public over the weekend drawing large crowds to its presentation centre at 2510 Countryside Drive in Brampton. Located just 10 minutes east of the site, prospective home buyers lined up to reserve their lots at the brand new master-planned community.
Those in attendance were able to choose from a collection of charming single-family homes with thoughtfully designed exteriors and interior floorplans. Situated on 36-foot lots, the homes boast contemporary facades clad in brick and stone with complementary wood details and grand double door entryways. Large picture windows with decorative accents add further character to the exteriors while simultaneously allowing an abundance of natural light to flow indoors.
In addition to being bright and airy, the living areas were designed to maximize space and to flow from room to room. Luxury finishes like 10-foot main floor ceilings, prefinished three inch hardwood floors on main floors and oak stained stairs are all standard. In the kitchen, buyers will have a choice of marble or Corian countertops in addition to upgraded cabinets and ceramic floors, while master ensuites feature frameless clear glass showers and premium plumbing fixtures.
Residents of Stowmarket Springs will also benefit from an ideal location that’s close to a wealth of local amenities. Within the community will be a large neighbourhood park and greenspace as well as a site for a future school. More amenities are just minutes away including the Heart Lake Conservation area, Turnberry Golf Club, and the Trinity Commons shopping centre in Brampton. Commuters will also appreciate the development’s proximity to Highway 410 and both the Mount Pleasant and Brampton GO stations.
