Elad Canada has officially announced The Peak, the newest phase of its Emerald City community at Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road in North York. The 20-acre master-planned community has already attracted hundreds of new homeowners within its previous six residential towers and plans to do the same this spring with its seventh.

Beyond condos, The Peak will also offer four three-bedroom, two-storey townhomes from 962 square feet to 1,635 square feet. Prices start in the high $200,000s.

Standard features include nine foot ceilings, laminate flooring as per plan, solid-surface kitchen countertops, ceramic tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances.

The 33-storey tower is close to Don Mills subway station and highways 401 and 404/DVP. Fairview Mall, which houses more than 175 shops, services and restaurants, is just steps away. Parkway Forest Community Centre is also close by with its commercial teaching kitchen, full-size gymnasium, running track, arts-and-crafts room, youth lounge, meeting rooms, outdoor pool and YMCA-run daycare.

The Emerald City community is instantly recognizable for its unique colourful public art cones designed by Canadian author and artist Douglas Coupland and by its beautiful exteriors designed by WZMH. It will eventually consist of approximately 2,700 condo suites, townhomes and retail venues.
