Modern high-rise LUMINA was one of BuzzBuzzHome’s most popular San Francisco developments last month, and frankly we’re not surprised. Filled with swanky amenities, the building is home to some of the city’s priciest new residences, including a unit now listed for a whopping $3.2 million.
At 1,403 square feet, unit 23C holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as custom closets and an in-unit washer and dryer. Quartz countertops can be found in the kitchen, and expansive windows provide dizzying views. Not too shabby!

The lucky buyer will also be able to enjoy LUMINA’s bi-level club lounge, rooftop terrace, huge fitness center, 70-foot lap pool and valet parking. Other perks include a private dining room with an outdoor terrace, a chef-quality show kitchen, a stone-clad fireplace and a back-of-house prep kitchen.
LUMINA was finished in 2015, and is the brainchild of developer Tishman Speyer and architecture firm Arquitectonica. Its sister project is nearby skyscraper The Infinity.
If you want to get a better feel for unit 23C, we suggest checking out the video tour below. If it’s not to your taste, you may want to explore The Lighthouse, which houses an even pricier new home in San Francisco.
