Roccabella wins best commercial pool at Excellence Gala for the pool and spa industry in Quebec

On November 23rd, Roccabella took home the award for the best commercial pool at the 18th annual Excellence Gala, hosted by the Association des commerçants de piscines du Québec (ACPQ). The indoor saltwater pool was installed by Piscines Soucy de Québec, and features a large bay window wall that opens to an adjacent terrace in the summer. There’s also a sauna and jacuzzi, creating a relaxed, spa-like atmosphere for residents to enjoy.

Construction of Roccabella’s de la Montagne Tower is well underway, and purchasers have begun selecting their interior finishes, which are all imported from Italy and expertly crafted. One bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom suites are still available, in addition to the building’s north and south penthouses which span 2,600 square feet.

Interiors are distinguished by floor-to-ceiling windows, two-tone kitchen cabinets with wood and lacquer, large rectangular undermount stainless steel sinks, fully integrated SMEG appliances, drawer organizers, marble or quartz countertops, and engineered solid wood flooring. The two-tower project by MC Finance features 30,000 square feet of amenity space. In addition to its award-winning pool, there is a fitness centre, yoga and pilates studio, fully-furnished party room, movie theatre, conference rooms and a 17,000 square foot outdoor terrace with lounge seating, barbecues and al fresco dining areas.

Roccabella’s Drummond Tower is now move-in ready, and sales of the de la Montagne Tower are continuing. The development offers easy access to Concordia University, McGill University, the Bell Centre, Montreal Eaton Centre, restaurants, nightlife, museums and more. Hop on the metro at Station Bonaventure for a swift ride to any corner of the city, or head to the nearby Central Station to take the VIA train to an out-of-province destination.
