Opportunities to own at Milano, a new collection of condos and townhomes in Burnaby’s Brentwood neighbourhood, are running out. Only four premium residences remain, and developer Solterra Group of Companies will be closing the development’s presentation centre on Sunday, December 11th.

It’s easy to see why so many people have chosen to make Milano home. Designed for those who value excellence and beauty, the building will have striking exterior architectural details as well as panoramic views of the south of Burnaby and beyond. Interiors inspired by famous design capitals of the world will feature rich finishes and modern lines, adding to Milano’s sophisticated and stylish feel.

Milano residents will also have access to the stunning range of amenities on offer at the building. A lounge with a gourmet kitchen and dining area will be perfect for large-scale entertaining, while a steam room, hot tub and fully equipped fitness room will be great for winding down. Car and dog wash stations will also be available, as will a bike repair station.

Outside, a terrace will offer close to 20,000 square feet of community space with family-friendly features such as a fire pit, outdoor kitchen and barbecue and lounge and dining area seating. Other unique touches will include a children’s play space and a movie theatre area.

The four premium residences still available at Milano include a work/live townhome with two parking spaces and a rooftop patio, and a sub-penthouse suite with three parking spaces. They are priced at $925,900 and $978,900, but Solterra Group of Companies expects those prices to rise once construction begins.

Milano’s presentation centre is open on weekends only, so December 10th and 11th will be the last two chances for house hunters to stop by and visit. It’s located at 4247 Lougheed Highway in Burnaby and will be open from 12pm to 5pm on those days.
